Micro Positioning Sensor

Some SmarAct positioners can be equipped with a microsensor. The linear microsensor has a resolution of about 0.1 µm and an absolute accuracy of about +/- 10 µm. The rotary microsensor has a resolution of about 10 m°. Integrating a microsensor into a linear positioner has no effect on the outer dimensions of the positioner.

Positioners with integrated microsensor can be connected to an HCU-3DM or CU-3DM controller, which can display the sensor values and use them for closed-loop position control.
For ordering a positioner with integrated microsensor please add "-M" to the order code of the positioner, e.g. "SLC-1730-M".
