Grippers
Microgripper SG-06
The microgripper SG-06 is suitable for both micro- and macroscopic applications.
It is driven by a very compact SmarAct actuator, which can perform stick-slip motion. It therefore allows an opening of up to several millimetres, depending on the requirement, and has very precise control. This high precision is particularly important for the manipulation of sensitive objects.
Unlike most other microgrippers, this gripper is able to hold the object even when there is no power supply.
The design of the gripper tip and jaw can be adapted to meet your needs.

Microgripper SG-06-EX
| The microgripper SG-06-EX has the same advantages like the SG-06. In addition, the SG-06-EX microgripper has manually exchange-able jaws. This makes your investment even more future- proof. | |

Microgripper SG-1730-MThe microgripper SG-1730-M uses an SLC-1730-M positioner to move the attached gripper structure. The microsensor that is integrated in the SLC-1730-M positioner gives at feedback on the position of the jaws and therefore allows for very accurate gripping. Furthermore, a feedback on the success of a gripping process is very useful in automated microhandling. |

Gripper Jaw
For various applications we offer customised gripper jaws for both, grippers with a fixed gripper structure and with exchangeable gripper jaws. Below you can find a small selection of different jaw shapes, which may provide some ideas for your gripper jaw shape.

In some cases you may have to measure the gripping forces while handling small objects. Then you can use grippers with integrated force sensors from the company FemtoTools, which are seamlessly integrated into our MCS control sytems. |

If you want to measure small forces, down to several nanonewton, you can use miniaturised force sensores from the company FemtoTools, which are fully compatible to our MCS control systems. With the force sensors it is posible to measure both compression and tensile forces. |
